Upon meeting Dustin, one quickly discovers that "Adventure" is a fundamental aspect of his life. This spirit of adventure extends into his financial practice, where he explores unconventional paths in the industry, utilizing technology, refining client experiences, and involving his staff in overall business decisions. Beyond the office, Dustin actively seeks unique experiences with his clients, whether it's fishing for 200lb Sturgeon Fish or racing exotic cars in Las Vegas.

Dustin's work ethic and academic achievements earned him a scholarship from the Kelowna Golf and Country Club, which he applied to pursue an education in Civil Engineering, leading to an initial career in Calgary. However, his roots in the Okanagan beckoned, and in 2005, Dustin returned to Kelowna to embark on a new professional journey in the financial services industry. After eight prosperous years as a senior associate with a large, local independent advisory group, Dustin founded Serviss Wealth Management in November 2014.

A firm believer in lifelong learning, Dustin, despite having many letters behind his name, consistently seeks new knowledge, eagerly sharing it for the benefit of his clients and friends. His commitment to community service is evident in various endeavors, from founding Top 20 Under & Over 40 Business Programs, minor hockey and supporting the KGH Foundation. Dustin enjoys hosting client events that encourage participation, fun, and where local charities benefit from any proceeds.

Dustin, along with his wife and two sons, embraces an active and adventurous lifestyle. They partake in a variety of outdoor and cultural activities, savor the local food and relish the vibrant culture of the Okanagan Regions.
